A female reported that while she was walking in the area of 36 Avenue and 114 Street she noticed a man walking towards her. She crossed the street, and as she reached the curb on the other side of the street the suspect ran at the woman and pushed her down to the ground. Once on the ground the suspect choked the complainant and touched her in a sexual manner. The complainant fought back and screamed. The suspect then ran away.
The suspect is described as being male, between 5’5” and 5’, 7” tall with a slim build. He was wearing a hoodie, jeans, a dark coloured mask and gloves.
Police urge residents to always be aware of their surroundings and to report any suspicious activities.
