LARSEN will be residing in the Edmonton Area. The Edmonton Police Service has obtained a recognizance order on LARSEN and he will be closely monitored by the Behavioural Assessment Unit of the Edmonton Police Service.
As of December 23, 2016, LARSEN has been placed on a series of court ordered conditions including:
-Must not attend a public park or public swimming area where persons under the age of 16 years are present or can reasonably expect to be present.
-Must not attend any daycare, school ground, playground or community centre.
-Must not seek, obtain or continue any employment, or being a volunteer in a capacity that involves being in a position of trust or authority towards persons under the age of 16 years.
-Must not use a computer system for the purpose of communicating with a person under the age of 16 years.
-Must not consume any alcohol or drugs, including marijuana.
-Must abide by a curfew by being in his residence between the hours of 11 PM and 5 AM

The Edmonton Police Service is issuing this information and warning after careful deliberation of all related issues, including privacy concerns, in the belief that it is clearly in the public interest to inform the members of the community.
