The Edmonton Police Service arrested high risk offender Torrie Evan Nepoose, 25, yesterday, March 4, 2017 in Edmonton.
Nepoose allegedly breached conditions while he was released on bail. The Edmonton Police Service issued a news release on Feb. 7, 2017, seeking assistance in locating Nepoose.
Nepoose remains in police custody and charges are pending against him.
