Southeast Division officers responded to a 911 call near a residential address by Lakewood Road South and 85 Street, at approximately 5:50 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 27, 2019.
It was reported to police, that a 10-year-old girl was playing on the sidewalk outside of her residence, when she was approached by an unknown adult male. The male is alleged to have exposed his genitals to the young complainant, walked past her eastbound further down the sidewalk, before turning and exposing himself a second time.
The male is described as being Caucasian, with a tanned complexion, approximately 5’6” tall, medium to chubby build with short black hair. He was wearing a black hoodie and black sweatpants at the time of the incident.
The girl then ran inside the family residence nearby. Investigators believe the male got into a black Ford Escape parked nearby and fled the area.
The vehicle is described as having a bug deflector on front, silver bars on roof rack.
