The Edmonton Police Service is investigating an early morning shooting in southeast Edmonton that sent a man to hospital.
On Friday, Dec. 20, 2013 at 1:20 a.m. police responded to a “trouble not known” call in the area of 48 Street and Mill Woods Road South. Upon arrival, police found a man with a gunshot wound. EMS responded, treated and transported the man to hospital where he remains in stable but critical condition. Witnesses reported hearing several gunshots, however when police arrived, there were no suspects found in the area.
