Comp sketch released to identify suspect in alleged sexual assault

The Edmonton Police Service is releasing a composite sketch to the public to help identify a suspect in an alleged sexual assault that occurred in November 2013.

On Monday, Nov. 18, 2013, police responded to a sexual assault call at approximately 8 p.m. in the area of 104 Street and 134 Avenue. It is reported that a 19-year-old woman was approached from behind, wrestled to the ground and was allegedly sexually assaulted by a man. The woman fought the suspect off and ran to a nearby residence.

The suspect is described as a Caucasian male, between 25 and 40 years old, about six feet tall, with a heavy build and weighs between 230-240 lbs. He is described as having a deep voice.   

The suspect was also wearing dark-coloured winter clothing and a black ski mask with holes around his mouth and eyes.
