An Edmonton man and woman are facing multiple charges in
connection to a lengthy drug
trafficking investigation.
Commencing in September 2019, EPS Drug and Gang Enforcement (EDGE) officers began investigating a pair of suspected drug dealers over a four-month period.
A total of 66 ounces of methamphetamine was uncovered throughout the investigation, which concluded with arrests on Jan. 9, 2020.
On Jan. 9, EDGE members also executed search warrants at the two residences involved near 120 Street and 25 Avenue, and 103 Street and 98 Avenue. While searching the residences and vehicles related to the addresses, investigators uncovered firearms, ammunition, bear spray, cocaine, fentanyl, GHB and various drug trafficking paraphernalia.
