Jayme Pasieka, 29, from Edmonton, will be charged with attempted murder (x2).
On Saturday, March 1, 2014, Pasieka was charged with first degree murder (x2), possession of an offensive weapon (x2), attempted murder and aggravated assault in relation to this incident.
Pasieka’s next court appearance will be Monday, May 5, 2014.
The autopsies have been postponed until tomorrow, Tuesday, March 4, 2014.

Background:
Just after 2 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 28, 2014, police were called to the area of 161 Street and 121 A Avenue in response to reports of aggravated assaults with a knife.
Police responded to the area of 39 Street and 74 Avenue after a concerned citizen called police to report a suspect vehicle that was released to the public around 4:30 p.m. Officers boxed-in the suspect vehicle and arrested the lone male driver just after 5 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 28, 2014.
The suspect Jayme Pasieka, 29, was arrested and taken into police custody without incident.
Fitzroy Harris, 50 and Thierno Bah, 41, both died on scene after Pasieka allegedly stabbed them at their workplace shortly after 2 p.m. in the area of 161 Street and 121 A Avenue on Friday, Feb. 28, 2014.
Four other male co-workers were injured. The four of men are aged 21, 29, 34 and 44.
