EPS Homicide Section detectives are investigating the suspicious death of a man found early this morning.
Just before 4 a.m. today, Sunday, July 31, 2022, police responded to the report of a male in a building stairwell, in the area of 110 Avenue and 84 Street. When officers arrived, they located an unresponsive man who was pronounced deceased on scene by paramedics.
An autopsy has since been scheduled for Thursday (Aug. 4, 2022).
Because this death appears to be suspicious, Homicide Section has taken the lead of the investigation.
