Mr. Hongsang (Howard) Rho was sadly located deceased by police yesterday, Monday, Sept. 12,
2022. His death is considered a non-criminal matter and, as such, no additional
information will be released.
Our thoughts are with Mr. Rho’s family who have requested privacy during this difficult time.
