Police seek public’s assistance locating missing male

The Edmonton Police Service is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing 30-year-old male.

Gaston Okwado, 30, was last seen at 12:45 p.m. today, Wednesday, May 24^th, 2023, in the area of 24 Street and 35 Avenue. He was reported missing to police by his family.

Okwado is described as a black male, with brown eyes, short black hair and facial hair. He is around 5’8 inches tall and weighs approximately 170 lbs.

He was last seen wearing a brown dress shirt (with a darker brown design) and grey dress pants (no belt) prior to his disappearance.

Police and Okwado’s family are concerned for his wellbeing, as the male is autistic.
