On Sunday, June 15, 2014 just before midnight, a 55-year-old male was allegedly attacked by three to four males carrying a weapon on Mill Woods Road between Knottwood Road north and 23 Avenue. The complainant sustained serious injuries and remains in hospital.
The complainant and suspects are not known to each other.
The suspects were last seen running northbound on Mill Woods Road towards 23 Avenue and are described as Aboriginal males between 18 to 20-years-old. One was wearing a black hoodie and another was wearing a light coloured jacket. At least one of the suspects had long hair.
