The victim of an aggravated assault on July 20, 2013, has passed away and his death has been deemed a homicide.
At 2:45 a.m. on July 20, 2013, police were called to the area of 95 Street and 110 Avenue after a report of an assault. A male complainant confronted three suspects in the back alley close to his residence, and was allegedly severely beaten.
Edmonton’s Medical Examiner completed an autopsy today on Robert Felker, 46, and his cause of death has been determined to be blunt force head trauma.
EPS investigators working on the case have consulted with the Crown, requesting that charges be upgraded to murder against all three accused.
