The Edmonton Police Service is asking for the public’s assistance in locating 17-year-old Meryem Kabbourim.
Kabbourim was last seen leaving a residence in the area of 127 Avenue and 87 Street and on Monday, August 13, 2018 at approximately 5 p.m..
Kabbourim stands 5’5” and weighs approximately 205lbs. She has long black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black hijab and a light-colored cardigan (possibly grey or baby blue). Her shirt and pants are dark grey in colour with a black crisscross pattern (see photo below).
Kabbourim’s disappearance is considered to be out of character and police are concerned about her welfare. Investigators are asking anyone with information on her whereabouts to call the Edmonton Police Service at 780-423-4567 immediately.
