The incident is alleged to have occurred at approximately 3:15 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 7, 2013, in the women’s washroom. It was reported to police that the suspect, an elderly male, followed a 19-year-old female into the women’s bathroom at the Lois Hole Library, 176 Street and 69 Avenue.
The complainant then noticed the male suspect on the floor peering up at her, while in the adjacent stall. The suspect fled the scene, after the complainant began yelling at him.
The suspect is described as being (see photo below and attached) a Caucasian male, between 60-70 years of age, balding with a thin ring of darkish grey or black hair around the back of his head. He wore black framed glasses, a black jacket, green to darkish grey cargo pants and black shoes.
