At approximately 7:30 p.m. yesterday evening, Saturday, January 5, 2019, West Division officers were called to an apartment complex the area of 110 Avenue and 124 Street on the report of a disturbance.
Upon arrival, officers located a 20-year-old injured male who was pronounced deceased on scene by EMS. A male suspect was also located in the vicinity with non-life-threatening injuries and was treated and transported to hospital by paramedics.
An autopsy has been scheduled for tomorrow, Monday, Jan. 7, 2019 at noon. No charges have been laid at this time.
Homicide detectives continue to investigate and no further information is available for release.
