Campbell will be residing in the Edmonton area and will be directly supervised by Edmonton Probation and monitored by the EPS upon release.
Campbell has a history of violent behavior including assault, spousal assault and sexual assault. His violence has resulted in serious personal injury and death to his victims. Campbell’s risk for violence greatly increases while under the influence of intoxicants, especially alcohol. Campbell has been known to carry and use weapons in the course of his offences.

Campbell has been placed on a series of court ordered conditions including:
- Keep the peace and be of good behaviour;
- Have no contact or communication, direct or indirect with his victim
- Appear before the court when required to do so by the court;
- Notify the court or probation officer in advance of any change of name, employment or occupation;
- Report to a probation officer within 2 business days of being released from custody and thereafter, as and when directed by the probation officer;
- Attend for assessment and complete to the satisfaction of your probation officer such treatment or counseling as may be recommended by your probation officer which may include but is not limited to substance abuse and sex offender relapse prevention;
- Reside at an approved residence or such other place as approved by your probation officer; and
- Sign a waiver regarding assessment, counselling and treatment.
