An autopsy has confirmed that the death of a man in southeast Edmonton last week is a homicide.
At approximately 11:23 a.m. on Thursday, February 24, 2022, Southeast patrol members responded to a suspicious circumstance complaint at a residence in the area of 79 Street and 79 Avenue. Upon arrival, members located a deceased 52-year-old male.
On Tuesday, March 1, 2022 the Edmonton Medical Examiner completed an autopsy on Camille Joseph Houle and the cause of death is not being released at this time for investigative purposes. The manner of death is homicide.
Homicide detectives continue to investigate.
