Edmonton’s new Collision Reporting Centres (CRC) open Thursday, Sept. 29, 2022.  As of Thursday, individuals involved in minor collisions will no longer report to an Edmonton Police Service (EPS) front counter, instead they will head to a CRC to have staff assist them in completing a police report.

CRC Locations
15750 - 116 Avenue NW
5805 - 87A Street NW

Centre Hours
Monday to Saturday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Sundays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

*Closed Statutory Holidays.

With the opening of the CRCs, EPS front counters will no longer process collision reports.

For major collisions with injuries requiring EMS presence, a fatality, or criminal activity (impaired driving, stolen vehicle, assault) motorists must still call 9-1-1 for police and emergency response.  EPS will also continue to attend collisions requiring statutory police response such as those involving suspended drivers, transportation of dangerous goods, and extensive damage to private or government property.

The CRCs are operated in conjunction with Accident Support Services International (ASSI), a professional collision report management company that facilitates partnership between police and insurance providers by providing post-collision assistance to motorists.

For more information about Edmonton's Collision Reporting Centres please visit edmontonpolice.ca/ReportaCollision.  Information on ASSI can be found at accsupport.com.
