Police were called around 12:30 a.m., Monday, April 18, 2016, in relation to a suspicious death in the area of 117 Avenue and 128 Street. Shortly after, police responded to a weapons complaint in the same area which was resolved around 5:30 a.m. Police now have one male suspect in custody.
Homicide detectives continue to investigate the death of a 30-year-old female. An autopsy is scheduled for today, Tuesday.
Police are working to notify next of kin. Homicide Section has since taken over the investigation.
