The man has been identified as Lawrence Semeniuk, 67.
While the results of the autopsy are pending toxicology results, the death will continue to be investigated as a homicide.
Downtown Division patrol members responded to the address near 117 Avenue and 95 Street at 10:45 a.m., Wednesday, June 12, 2013, after receiving a call reporting the discovery of a deceased male.
Officers found the circumstances in which the body was discovered to be suspicious. The scene was secured while homicide detectives and forensic investigators were called in to investigate.
